Where are you located for pick up?

Currently, we are renting from other small businesses who generously allow us to prep in their kitchen space while they are closed. All pick up instructions will be sent with your order confirmation through email. We offer pick up in both Akron and Cleveland.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We are happy to deliver for a small fee based on mileage from our kitchen spaces. Delivery times are a range and your delivery may arrive a few minutes prior to or after selected delivery time at checkout.

How much notice do you require for an order?

Typically, we appreciate 72 hours notice for each order. Occasionally, rush orders are accepted for a small rush fee based on request and availability. If you have an order to place with short notice, please contact us and we would be happy to discuss options available.

How long will my order last?

While our boards are packaged to last up to one full week, we recommend consuming them within 24 hours for optimal freshness. We also recommend pulling the board out of the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving to allow the ingredients to come to room temperature. Once out of refrigeration, your board is safe to eat for up to 4 hours before the leftovers need to be thrown away. After two hours, any remaining items may be placed back into the refrigerator to enjoy another time.

What is your cancellation policy?

For orders placed online, we are happy to offer a full refund for any order cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to pick up. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be offered a store credit. For grazing experiences and catering, a non-refundable 50% booking deposit will be taken to hold your date. Contract cancellations will be discussed between caterer and client, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the caterer’s discretion.

Ordering a special board for your Thanksgiving or Christmas celebration? Pickup and delivery details are as follows for November 27th + December 23rd. (Please note we are closed December 24th + 25th for the holiday)

November 27 +December 23:

free pickup in Akron 2-3 pm

delivery in Akron and surrounding areas 1-2 pm

free pickup in Ohio City 4-5 pm

delivery in Cleveland 5-7pm
