Charcuterie 101: Dec 10 Charcuterie Wreath Workshop

Be my guest Sunday, December 10th from 5-7pm for cozy, holiday evening of wine + cheese at The Fulton Haus in Ohio City.

This unique experience will include:

•Board instruction: build a gorgeous Charcuterie Wreath with ingredients perfect for the holidays, guided by food stylist and owner of West Side Charcuterie, Rachel Balko. I’ll teach you all of my tricks for creating a stunning piece of edible artwork and give you the confidence to create a board for your family & friends in your own home.

• a 10” round wooden board; cut, sanded & prepped for building

• all of the ingredients you’ll need to create your edible art: artisan cheeses, charcuterie meats, fresh & dried fruits, olives, nuts, chocolates, edible flower + herb garnishes

• a sleeve of crackers, honey dipper & box for packing your board to take home with you to enjoy

• Small bites for noshing

• one complimentary glass of wine

You’ll learn:

-my favorite ways to style French double cream brie, fresh goat cheese & a selection of other artisan cheeses

-tools of the trade: which knives + tools do I like to use to prepare + style cheeses, cured meats & produce. You’ll even receive a cheese knife to take home with you for your own styling!

-folding + styling charcuterie meats in a multitude of different ways.

-so much more!

Tickets are limited and will be available through December 7th or until sold out. Please note that one ticket must be purchased for each guest in attendance. 

All sales are final, however tickets will be transferable up to 48 hours prior to the workshop date. If a transfer must be made, please email westsidecharcuterie@gmail.com ASAP.
